Returns & Exchanges

 Unless the item is damaged, The Card Aisle does not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged from transit, we will happily accommodate a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and see below for important details.


Damaged and/or Defective Items

In the event of damaging during transit, we will accommodate a full refund or a replacement. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product. If possible, please also include photo(s) of the packaging it arrived in. Detailed photos are crucial as we insure most of our shipments and we need them in order to submit a claim with our shipping carrier. Damaged items do not need to be sent back to us.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Because we're often (not always, but often) able to get most of our products shipped out within 1 business day, we're unable to accommodate a cancellation past that 12 hours.

Undeliverable Items/Shipping Errors

If your package was undeliverable and you've noticed in your tracking that it is making its way back to us, no problem. It stinks, but it happens. Once it's back in our possession, we can reship it using a corrected address, a brand new address, or via a different carrier (some residences have trouble receiving packages from certain carriers). Please note, the customer is responsible for paying for the new shipping label. Alternatively, if you're on a tight timeline, you can place a new order and we'll refund you for the original one once it's back in our posession.

Custom Work

If your custom order arrives incorrect, we're happy to give you a full refund or send a corrected product as quickly as possible.
