Returns and exchange details

All sales are final. If your order arrives incorrect (custom work), I'm happy to give you a full refund or send a revised product! If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I'll do my best to resolve the issue. No one likes a crumpled up greeting card :(

Shipping policies

Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. All items are shipped via US Postal Service First Class (3-8 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Unfortunately, USPS isn't always reliable with their transit time quotes so if you need something by a specific day, please message me about upgrading your shipping to UPS or FedEx. Both are much more reliable shipping methods and typically cost an extra $5-$25 depending on the requested service (Ground, 2-Day, Overnight, etc.).

CARDS
Cards are shipped in EcoEnclose cardboard packaging to prevent from bending. Each card is paired with a kraft brown envelope and placed in a cellophane bag.

ART PRINTS
I like to ship my prints in tubes so they arrive in the best condition possible. However, some people don't end up framing them (which helps with the flattening of the rolled print) so I'm happy to ship it with some extra cardboard and padding to ship flat. There is an extra fee for the extra materials used in the packaging of your print.
