Where is my package?

Once an item is shipped, package delays are completely out of our control. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue.

Can you print an inside message for me?

I do not offer inside printing. Plus, this takes away from the best part - the handwritten message!

I entered my address wrong, can you fix it?

Please contact us as soon as possible to fix the address. If it's within 12 hours, we should be able to change it. Otherwise, it will ship to the address entered at checkout.

Can you customize colors or change the message on an existing card?

This depends on the product and the customization request. Feel free to reach out to us regarding a customization. Note, there will be an additional fee associated with any changes to a design.

Wholesale availability
